Portuguese actress based between Portugal and The Netherlands, working in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. My foundation was built on intense psychophysical training — five years of staged poetry performances, solo pieces choreographed around poems and internal monologues, touring across Portugal and Spain.

Based in The Netherlands, I have recently trained in Meisner technique with Leila Gray in Amsterdam and completed a performance course in physical theatre and improvisation at ITACA Leiden.
